    Schneider Electric Participates in "Egypt Economic Development Conference 2015" (EEDC)

    We are pleased to announce that Schneider Electric was honored by the participation in the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) in Sharm El-Sheikh that was held from 13th to 15th of March 2015. The conference helped in repositioning Egypt on the global investment map as well as affirming its potential as a source of political and economical stability in the region and as a global trusted partner.

    We are pleased to announce that Schneider Electric was honored by the participation in the Egypt Economic Development Conference (EEDC) in Sharm El-Sheikh that was held from 13th to 15th of March 2015. The conference helped in repositioning Egypt on the global investment map as well as affirming its potential as a source of political and economical stability in the region and as a global trusted partner.
    The Conference is a key milestone in the government's midterm economic development plan, which is designed to bring prosperity & to improve social services to the people of Egypt. In the presence of global leading figures from business & politics, the EEDC highlighted the extensive reforms that the government has already implemented & presented the future reforms designed to restore fiscal stability, drive growth & attract investments.

    Schneider Electric was represented by a high-level deputation including Emmnauel Babeau - Deputy CEO in charge of Finance & Legal Affairs in delegation of the French Minister of Finance Michel Sapin, Mohamed Saad - Schneider Electric Zone President Africa & Caribbean, Albert Fuchet - Country President of Schneider Electric Egypt & NEA, and our Vice President for Governmental Affairs & Renewable Energy Sherif Abdel Fattah.

    EEDC was a great venue for Schneider Electric to meet with key figures in the Egyptian market & discuss mutual businesses, some of those fruitful business meetings included H.E. Ibrahim Mahlab - Prime Minister, Mohab Mamish - Chairman of Suez Canal Authority, Mamdouh Raslan - Chairman of Holding Company of Water & Waste Water, Ismail El Nagdy - Chairman of Tunnels Authority, Ater Hanora - PPP Director and Khaled Nosseir – Chairman & Managing Director of Alkan Group.
