How to measure and define the capability of the low voltage panel to withstand the mechanical impacts?

Standard IEC defines an IK code characterizing the capacity of products to resist mechanical impacts from all sides.
IK codes 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10 have Impact energy (joules) 0.14, 0.2, 0.35, 0.5, 0.7, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 respectively where one joule is equal to the energy used to accelerate a body with a mass of one kilogram using one Newton of force over a distance of one meter. One joule is also equivalent to one watt-second.
In terms of the risks of impacts, selection of the IK code can be summed up as indicated below.
