Ask a Question

During selecting an emergency lighting fixture, what's " Maintained " & " Non-maintained " ?

Maintained emergency lighting is part of the main lighting system, i.e: it's always ON, and kept ON during power failures.
Non-maintained emergency lighting is only ON during power failures.

Not all references in Schneider's offer can be operated in the maintained mode.
The difference between the two modes is the average flux generated by the lamp ( Flux during maintained mode > Flux during non-maintained ).
