Why the amplitude settings of ground fault (Mic 6.0X) is maximum less than 1200 Amperes?

Kindly find the following ground fault protection is used to protect the equipment and installations against fire hazards, and complying to the international standards Micrologic 6 has a MAXIMUM setting of 1200A. Though the recommended setting is 300 to 500A.
