Schneider Electric Egypt & North East Africa Continues its Commitment to Increase Local Direct Investment
Cairo, Egypt: 15 June 2015 - As a part of its ongoing endeavor to increase its direct investments in the local market, Schneider Electric Egypt and North East Africa (SEE), recently Sponsored a dinner debate in honor of H.E. Mr. Mounir Fakhry Abdel Nour, Minister of Industry, Trade and SMEs hosted by the French Chamber of Commerce and French-Egyptian Business Council. The dinner debate was attended by André Parant, French Ambassador to Egypt and Albert Fuchet, Country President, Schneider Electric Egypt and North East Africa, and group of Schneider Electric Egypt and North East Africa Vice Presidents in charge of different business units, as well as other top French & Egyptian investors.
The company is contributing to several national mega projects recently announced by the government, including the national electricity grid contingency plan and a number of renewable energy projects,
The Schneider Electric Egypt and North East Africa region is operating four countries: Egypt, Sudan, Libya and Malta. Schneider Electric Egypt was established in 1987 with its headquarters located in Cairo and has since expanded to include several branches across the country as well an ISO certified Regional Equipment Plant and Product Distribution Center in Badr City.
