Schneider Electric moves up in Fortune’s Global 500
Schneider Electric weighed in at 373rd (up from 394th in 2009) in Fortune’s Global 500 for the year 2010, ranking the world’s best and largest companies. With more than 110,000 employees, the global specialist in energy management and leader in the push for energy efficiency worldwide saw its sales jump 18.1% since 2009 to nearly 26 billions dollars while its profits were up 92.4% to almost 2.3 billions since 2009.
